Getting excited!!! Just 65 DAYS! I leave the second week in February for another 15+ day adventure to the birthplace of many of my ancestors. I learned recently that while my name is very french my heritage is mostly Spanish & German. Many of my Spanish ancestors settled in Costa Rica and my great-grandfather was the bodyguard for the president at one point. Everything I have learned about my Costa Rican heritage has fascinated and excited me. Every juicy insight from the past draws my interest to this special country and its rich natural beauty.

As a kid, I grew up doing #Yoga in front of my TV with my mothers Rodney Yee cassette tapes! My favorite flavor of yoga practice is typically a vinyasa flow though I have done different forms like, yin-yoga and hatha yoga and enjoyed those as well. My practice isn’t competitive it’s internal and focused. It’s sacred but not religious for me. Yoga is something that I love doing for the sake of doing. I push myself every class & never worry about “looking good” doing it. Yoga means more to me every time I do it. I have enjoyed practicing all over the USA at some of the very best yoga festivals and events, there is absolutely nothing else like practicing yoga in the #jungle at Envision Festival! Pure soul-sweat magic!
