As my heart grows stronger day by day, so too grows my need to protect it. This path of heart healing has lead me to find a safe and sacred space within my voice. I have grown by leaps and bounds in my ability to vocalize and express my truth. However, my mission is not simply to express my truth, but to help provide a platform and safe space for others to do this work as well.
On Monday, I had the pleasure of doing a live interview with an inspiring spiritual teacher and Boulder Community elder Paul Temple.
Paul and I discussed his upcoming Summer event series, “Lineages of Magic & The Age of Darkness” and I learned more about his childhood, inspiration to teach, and the challenges present in life on Earth today for highly sensitive and intuitively gifted humans. ABOUT THE SERIES:
Do you have intuitive or empathic sensitivities that feel overwhelming? Do you have extra-sensory abilities that you donโt know how to use?
Many people have extra-sensory skills that are dormant or undeveloped: skills like intuition, clairvoyance, empathy, healing hands and sensitivity to subtle energy. I believe these traits might be innate in human DNA — and if we learn to develop them the same way we train our intellectual abilities we could become a more highly evolved species.
These abilities have existed in humans for eons but were repressed from Western culture during the โBurning Timesโ of the 15th and 16th Centuries when anyone showing sign of them was horrifically tortured and executed as a witch. However, I believe there are family lineages that survived this โAge of Darknessโ and still carry these โgiftsโ today — but these families also carry deeply ingrained ancestral trauma and fear that revealing these abilities will result in torture, pain and death โ or more recently ostracization and ridicule.
Remembering these magical gifts is very important in this time. As we reclaim these powers we help raise the collective consciousness of humanity out of the fear and trauma remnant from the centuries-long Age of Darkness โ which was filled with war, torture, slavery, oppression, corruption, genocide โ and immense human suffering.
In these online sessions we will enter a state of luminous awareness where we can remember the pure, radiant inner-self that is beyond ancestral trauma. From this place of soul-memory we can see the ancestral strands we chose to take on and heal in this incarnation. The Tibetan โBook of the Deadโ reminds us that we choose our parents and family lineage for each incarnation so we can immerse into the karmic patterns we need to address and heal on the soul level.
In the first session we will start our group connection and do an initiatory meditation to tap into soul and ancestral memory — recognizing that remembering our extra-sensory gifts is a benefit to humanity and all beings. Sharing and hearing each otherโs stories is an important part of the process.
In the second session we will energetically release the fear and trauma we inherited from our ancestors so we can reclaim our extra-sensory powers as part of our evolutionary potential: the soul purpose encoded in the luminous orb of our Heart Centers.
In the final session we will activate an akashic initiation to receive vision of your soul path: who you can evolve into in this life, how you can develop and use your special gifts, and how these can bring benefit to the Earth and humanity in this time.
We are the ones our ancestors dreamed of: the ones who can be free of fear and repression: the ones who can be powerful and connected to the magic of life. The ones who can remember we are spiritual beings in human bodies with gifts of energy, healing and insight โ connected to quantum consciousness โ and we can remember that our gifts are much needed by humanity in this time.
Through the pure vibrational field created by Paul Templeโs Tibetan Bowls and chanting we will drop into a deep meditative state and connect with our Akashic soul memory.
