THE SERAPHIM ANGELS Sound Healing Journey with Caressa Ayres

Join us to learn about the Seraphim Angels! After a discussion, we will then set an intention for connection and guidance before we journey deep into the healing, relaxing, and enhancing vibrations of sound.
During this transcendent Sound Healing Journey, Caressa, with the wisdom of Light & Sound healing, uses a collection of instruments creating a cosmic symphony of Tibetan metal and 432hz crystal bowl vessels, tuning forks, voice, drums, rhythmic breathing, and more. These instruments emit different healing tone frequencies bathing you in the vibrations of soothing sonic resonance that create harmony, restores and realigns the body, and can even shift one into altered states of consciousness.
*Each will receive individual as well as group healing with instruments played.

Join us for a Healing Journey to celebrate the last Full Moon of the year! We invite you to this wonderful experience led by the enchanting Caressa Ayres. The journey will be held within the Energy Enhancement System to amplify and deepen the healing experience.
WHAT IS THE EES?

WHAT TO BRING ~ This event will be in anti-gravity chairs. Please bring blankets to create a comfy space for this relaxing experience. Drink plenty of water throughout the days previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect. Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

Full Moon Sound Temple: Deep Peace with Paul Temple

Moon turns the tides. Many of us feel the magnetism of the moon as it pulls our inner tides and energy cycles.
In this session we will form a circle of power to tap into the magical geometry of the Sun, Moon and Earth and then – with the catalyst of Paul’s Tibetan bowls and chanting – generate a field of peace, compassion and healing to radiate across the Earth with the light of the moon. This is a way to remember how to use our magical gifts to bring calm to the world in times of chaos. We can become a beacon of light to help the world find balance – and to generate beauty and light for all beings.
This FREE live-online session includes a sound meditation with Tibetan bowls and chanting. It is good to prepare a quiet space for the session with a candle, incense, crystals and good quality speakers or headphones. You can learn more about the practice at www.DiamondLightNetwork.com.

WINTER SOLSTICE MEDITATION with Paul Temple & Kerry Temple-Wood

On this deep and magical Solstice night we will enter the Sound Temple to drop into mystery, stillness and vibrational bliss. Kerry’s beautiful guided meditation will take us to mystical inner realms where we gather dream seeds for who we wish to become in the next cycle of the sun.
The Diamond Light Transmission that comes thru Paul’s Tibetan bowls and chanting activates the diamond radiance in our hearts. These ancient practices help us remember our pure light in our hearts, our awakened nature and evolutionary potential. The pure-land of the bowls is a good place to be in the stillness and magic of the longest night.

ONLINE PREPARATION NOTES: It would be good to be in a private and quiet place for your journey: prepare an altar with some crystals and a candle – and have a meditation cushion or comfy chair for sitting, as well as some paper and a pen to write with.
Part of the solstice ceremony will involve lighting a candle to affirm the return of the light, so please have a candle and matches prepared for this. If you have a candle on your altar it is fine to use this one. We will ask you to extinguish it as we venture into the darkness, then relight it as we bring back the light.

Together, we will embrace the season’s peaceful, introspective energy through circling, song, movement, and playful creative practices. This gathering is an opportunity to reconnect with the light within ourselves and each other with gratitude and authenticity.
Open to all women seeking inspiration, community, and renewal, we’ll come together to honor the longest night of the year and welcome the return of the sun. Snacks and cider will be provided. A guided deep relaxation session is included, so bring a mat, pillow, and blanket to make yourself cozy.
