Born from turntablist culture but unbound by genre, Scott weaves global sounds, Afro-Latin rhythms and Eastern textures into lush electronic productions. His live sets feature scratch techniques over beats that span continents, creating sonic journeys that honor tradition while pushing forward.

When he returned to music, everything changed. His productions now honor both the healer and the skateboarder in him—blending healing frequencies with dance floor energy, tradition with innovation. Twenty years in, he’s released 7 albums with collaborators like The Polish Ambassador, El Buho, Porangui and Alex Serra, and performed at Lightning in a Bottle, Envision Festival, and beyond.

Warmup DJ Set — @djqtbeatz Born just outside Boston, DJ QT Beatz found an early refuge in music while navigating communication and personal challenges growing up. After years working as a technical engineer—including roles with Harvard Business School and Wildlife Acoustics—she relocated to Kaua‘i in 2023 to follow a path centered around music and community.

Now based on the island, QT Beatz has become a familiar presence in Kaua‘i’s dance scene, crafting percussion-driven sets that blend Afro-House, Afro-Beats, global bass, and soulful electronic rhythms.

Dance Lab: “Experiments in Rhythm” — Facilitated by @alexisdancing_ Join us for a dance lab with Alex Milewski, a movement artist and educator exploring rhythm as a language of connection. This playful, embodied warm-up blends somatic awareness, rhythm games, and creative movement to awaken the body and attune us to one another.

Join us every Sunday morning at the birthplace of Ecstatic Dance, where movement becomes prayer and community becomes family. Originating at Kalani in 2001 with Max Fathom and inspired by Gabriel Roth’s 5Rhythms, this ritual shaped a global conscious dance movement. Our Big Island community has continued this tradition with devotion, welcoming 200–350 dancers each week.

This is more than just dance - it's a space to release, express, and reconnect. Our format follows a wave: beginning in community, building in intensity, and closing in stillness. The DJ set flows through phases of movement, emotion, and rhythm.

We begin with a grounding Opening Circle to share intentions and guidelines. The journey unfolds with music that rises and falls like the ocean. We close with connection, shares, and announcements. A yoga warm-up offered by Movement Church prepares the body & spirit.

Odysseus @ Maui E Dance

Odysseus has been mixing elegant, tribal progressive beats in many forms, since the mid-nineties, often with live musicians.

From the Southern California deserts to the Greek islands and Hawaiian rainforests, his expansive sounds have honored many moons and brought many tribes together.

His underground after-hour soul-filled sounds have rocked warehouses and clubs from Amsterdam to Berlin.

And he has woven ecstatic dance journeys for dancers globally, since he pioneered their inception, more than two decades ago.

Drawing from deep bass, Afro, tribal, and Latin-house, he blends global rhythms into hypnotic journeys that keep the dance floor pulsing while inviting deeper connection. A dancer first, Miguel brings movement wisdom into every mix.

Kora Lei is a musician and artist from Florida. She has had a love for music since childhood and loves to share the healing power of song. Blending ethereal vocals with various electronic and acoustic elements, her goal is to create bridges between genres and realms. She is passionate about the power that sound holds and loves to empower others to express themselves.
