Let’s be real, this time of year always feels a little strange and chaotic. The moment of the year we take inventory and quietly ask, “Okay… what the heck actually happened during the holidays, last year, last week?” Where did that time go!?"
We’re digging through inboxes for lost emails, resurfacing receipts, untangling bookkeeping, and juggling 97 things at once while doing our best to stay present, detox, feed the farm and potentially also our neighbors' cats who are still on vacation.

Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is an ancient Japanese healing art, often described as acupuncture without needles, blending elements of Reiki and Qi Gong. Through simple self-help flows using your hands and breath, you can activate the body’s innate intelligence and vital life force (Ki/Prana). In this workshop, you will learn practical healing flows you can use daily to:
- Harmonize energy and emotions
- Support nervous system regulation
- Enhance conscious awareness and inner alignment
- Support healing, vitality, and renewal on physical and energetic levels

When we speak of cleansing the vessel, we are referring to clearing physical toxins, stagnant energy, outdated habits and beliefs, and emotional residue that no longer serves. A clear vessel creates a clear channel — allowing greater access to vital life force, inner wisdom, authentic intelligence, and higher guidance.
We gather under the New Moon to explore gentle yet powerful ways of cleansing and harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. This is especially potent as we move toward the Fire Horse Lunar New Year, a time of accelerated change, growth, and opportunity. Cleansing supports nervous system regulation, restores balance, and helps you meet life’s faster pace with clarity, strength, and ease.

The Body Electric: Clearing & Activation w/ Paul Temple

There are many energy systems in the human being and this new practice from Althor works with clearing and activating three of these: The Heart Circuit, the chakras and the Chi flow channels. The practice awakens these flows of life-force energy in the physical and energy bodies, connecting us directly with the beautiful dance of creation and attuning us to receive and be more aligned with the strong energy shifts happening on the planet in this time.
As with all the Diamond Light practices from Althor, we start with the Heart Circuit to get connected with source, then, working with sound and visualization, we clear the chakras, both forward and back, then move to lighting up the primary channels of Chi flow, entering through the dan-tian and cycling through the body. We close with a sound bath meditation to let the practice integrate into our system.
