Dear Courageous One ~ Is that you? Join us for a powerful evening exploring the many dimensions of courage—from bold acts to subtle moments of vulnerability and resilience. In a world shifting rapidly, courage is vital to the evolution of our soul and opens pathways to intuition, trust, and transformation.
We begin with a heartfelt discussion, then flow into a transcendent Sound Healing Journey guided by Caressa Ayres, founder of SoundLight Foundation. Through crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, tuning forks, drums, breath, and medicinal voice, you’ll be bathed in healing frequencies that restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
This sacred sonic immersion clears chaotic energy, raises your vibration, and supports emotional balance and self-love—awakening your true essence.
Please Bring: Plenty of cushions, blankets, yoga/camping mats—comfort is key. Hydrate well throughout the day. Avoid heavy meals/caffeine before the session. No phones inside the sanctuary.

Let’s gather this July 4th for a heart-centered evening honoring the sacred interconnectedness of all people and traditions. Together, we’ll celebrate life, unity in diversity, and the beauty of being alive on Earth right now.
This Cacao Ceremony will be guided by Shola & AJ Block of Dream Seed, longtime students of Maestro Manuel Rufino and stewards of sacred sound and global healing arts. With blessings from Mayan elders Tata Pedro and Nana Marina Cruz, they serve ceremonial Ixmucane Cacao from the Maya Tzutujil of Lago Atitlan.
Cacao, revered by Indigenous peoples of the Americas, is used as a rebirthing medicine—to release what no longer serves and reconnect to love.
Let’s come together in sacred celebration, remembrance, and prayer for the Earth.
Preparation:
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and drugs 3+ hours before.
- Refrain from eating at least 3 hours before ceremony.
- Hydrate before and after.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
