After a potent eclipse season and full moon portal, many of us are finally emerging from the cosmic fog and catching our breath. Speaking of breath, have you felt the call to explore the magic of breathwork lately? It’s one of the most powerful tools I’ve found for reconnecting with inner clarity, and the best part is it can be done anytime, anywhere. I am including a new weekly breathwork event I highly recommend and several other great experiences designed to ignite your creative spark and help you align with an even more grounded sense of clear purpose.
I’m also calling in artists, facilitators, and visionaries who are ready to co-create transformational experiences in Hawaii, Colorado, and globally over the next year. Sound Temple: Christ Light Transmission

It is said that the Second Coming of Christ will not be as a single illumined being, but has the awakened hearts of millions of humans radiating the light of love, truth and Pure Consciousness across the planet. The Christ Light – the divine, loving Light of the Sacred Heart - is the same pure light as the Gayatri Mantra and the pure essence of the Vajra Radiance. The Light is one Light with many Earthly names and embodied by many Ascended Masters.
As we feel Spring awakening, we remember the joy of Easter and the infinite hope of the Sacred Heart. The Sacred Heart of Christ is an inspirational model for our human potential: imagine a planet full of humans with awakened hearts like Christ or the Buddha or Yogananda: this is what we can become both individually and collectively.
Despite the corruption of the church, the Light of Christ is very much alive in the pure, ancient chants that invoke his name. Through this sonic magic we will tap into the Light of the Sacred Heart and help awaken both our own hearts and the heart of humanity.

Join us for a fun and creative pour painting workshop at A Creative Corner in Westminster! Whether you're an experienced artist or just curious to try something new, this hands-on event is designed for everyone. The beauty of pour painting is that you don’t need any experience—just a willingness to play, create, and be surprised by the outcome!
- Each participant will create two unique pour paintings to take home
- All supplies (including gloves) are provided
- Just wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on!

This 90-minute circle offers a space to reset your nervous system and release stress, which can accumulate so easily in our daily lives. It's also an opportunity to connect with a community seeking a vibrant, balanced life. Breathwork promotes clarity, calm, and emotional balance, supporting your path to "Sustainable Bliss" – that deep sense of contentment that comes from living in harmony with your true self. Bring a water bottle, journal (optional), and mat/blanket/cushion.

Food Forest Seed + Plant

Celebrate Earth Day with purpose and connection! Join us in Puna Palisades for a community garden day filled with planting, shared food, inspiring conversation, and live music.
- 1 PM – Earth Day Panel
Kick off the day with a powerful discussion featuring local permaculture experts, eco-village leaders, and environmental activists. Topics include Food Forests, Food Sovereignty, and Food as Medicine. Hosted by Marly Benedicto with speakers like Bruce Horowitz, Hajjar Gibran, and Maddie Whitehill.
- 2–6 PM – Garden Work Party
Help prepare beds, plant fruits, veggies, trees, and more! Bring tools, gloves, water, sunhat, and any starts or seeds you'd like to contribute. We’ll provide soil, seeds, and some tools on site.
- 6 PM – Potluck Dinner & Music Jam
After gardening, we gather for a nourishing meal and joyful tunes. Please bring a generous dish to share (bonus points for local produce!) and your instruments for a sunset jam with Noelani Love, Destiny Love, and Marly Benedicto.
